Message from Coach Wilson: Winter Aerobic Challenge

On the days we are not working out as a team, I STRONGLY encourage you to work on your aerobic endurance. This year we are going to have an winter aerobic challenge. For each workout you do on the days we don't meet as a team you can earn points. The goal for all these workouts is to have a heart rate between 150-160 beats per minutes, if you are biking it can be 140. Do not go above 160 bpm, these workouts are to focus on low heart rate endurance. We want to build a strong aerobic endurance base.  The top 2 boys and girls with the most point at Christmas break will earn a prize.

10 minute run/jog
12 minute bike
8 minute swim
You are all responsible for tracking your own scores. I will collect all scores on December 17 and hand out prizes on December 19.
