Lynn's Famous Fried Rice
Fried Rice Recipe
2 cups Cooked Rice (day old or two is better)
Sauté ~ Tsp Minced Garlic and one medium chopped (~1 1/2 cup) onion in large nonstick pan with ~2 tbsp vegetable oil
Add rice and then after it’s warm add soy sauce or it will get mushy. Add a little regular salt to taste. Mix and add more soy as needed.
Make a well and crack one or two eggs into center of rice. Mix and cook for a minute then fold rice into it.
Add frozen peas or mixed veg.
